The Private Universities Students’ Association of Ghana wishes all Muslims across the country a happy Eid-Ul fitr celebration.

The festive which is held to mark the end of the fasting month of Ramadan. This year’s celebration taking a different turn. For the first time, the congregational ritual will not be held as it used to due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

We are optimistic that our brothers and sisters of the Islamic faith will fall on the Hadith of the prophet that says ” when Allah decree good for a person, He afflicts then.’’ Backed by a Quran verse in Surat-ul sharsh ‘’after every difficulty comes ease’’. We know for the love of peace and a Harmonious atmosphere of worship, some of supplications said were directed to seeing the end of this unseen adversary. May the end of your glorious month signify the end of this pandemic.

PUSAG entreat all believers to follow and heed to the safety protocols and practice the social distancing directives.

Happy Eid Mubarak.
